


What paper types do you offer?
We have chosen to print on non woven fiber as our default ground due to its luxurious quality, texture and movement. We also offer select designs in natural sisal grasscloth, our most textured and premium ground.

Do you offer peel and stick?
No, this is not a current offering.

Do you sell by the roll?

We now sell our non woven fiber wallpaper by the roll. Each roll is 11 yards long and widths are either 20.5"W or 27.5" W.

Grasscloth is still sold by the linear yard.

Larger scale designs and murals are sold by the panel in a roll comprised of 2 panels.​

How do I measure?

We recommend consulting a professional wallpaper installer to determine how much to order.

Please ensure you measure the full height and width of the area you are going to cover including doorways, windows, outlets etc.

For panel designs, the number of panels needed is determined by measuring your room's width divided by the width of the desired wallpaper panel. For ceiling height above 9.8' please request a custom quote at: home@capelily.com

Can I install the wallpaper myself?
We highly recommend the services of a professional wallcovering installer. Our wallpaper is a sophisticated product and deserves the experience of a qualified paperhanger.

Is there a minimum order size?
There is a minimum order of one roll for Non Woven Fiber and 5 yards for GrassCloth.
What is your standard wallpaper production time?
UPATED MARCH, 2026: Our standard lead time is now 10-15 business days plus shipping time. This is an improvement on our prior lead times of 5-6 weeks.
Do you offer a rush service?

No, given our substantial reduction in lead times we are no longer able to offer a rush service.

Do you accept returns?
Our wallpaper is custom made to order and as such your purchase is non-refundable and we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you believe there is a defect with your product please contact us within 5 days of receipt at: home@capelily.com. No defects will be considered after wallpaper has been cut/hung.
What is the fire rating?
Class A fire-rating, ASTM E84.

Is your wallpaper suitable for commercial use?​
Type II Commercial grounds are available on request. For inquiries, please email home@capelily.com

Where are the wallpapers printed?
All designs are mindfully printed in the UK by heritage printers.
