What paper types do you offer?

We have chosen to print on non woven fiber as our default ground due to its luxurious quality and movement. We also offer select designs in natural sisal grasscloth, our most textured and premium ground.

Do you offer peel and stick?

This is not a current offering.

How do I measure?

• All our wallpaper is sold by the linear yard (to reduce waste) or by the panel for larger scale murals. We recommend consulting a professional wallpaper installer to determine how much to order.

• Please  ensure you measure the full height and width of the area you are going to cover including doorways,  windows, outlets etc.

• For panel designs, the number of panels needed is determined by measuring your room's width divided by the width of the desired wallpaper panel.

Can I install the wallpaper myself?

We highly recommend the services of a professional wallcovering installer. Our wallpaper is a sophisticated  product and deserves the experience of a qualified paperhanger.

Is there a minimum order size?

There is a minimum order of 5 yards. and a set-up fee of $75 per SKU for orders under 30 yards (multiple SKUs cannot be combined to reach 30 yards) 

 

What is your standard wallpaper production time?

Our standard lead time is 5-6 weeks plus shipping time. 

 

Do you offer a rush service?

• Yes, there is a $400 fee per design for rush orders. Rush order production time is 2-3 weeks plus shipping time (multiple SKUs cannot be combined)

When will I receive my Samples?

Samples ship in 1-2 days via ground shipping

Do you accept returns? 

Wallpaper is  custom made to order and as such your purchase is non-refundable  and we do not offer returns or exchanges.  If you believe there is a defect with your product please contact us within 5 days of receipt at: home@capelily.com

 

What is the fire rating? 

Class A fire-rating, ASTM E84.

Is your wallpaper suitable for commercial use?​

Where are the wallpapers printed? 

All designs are mindfully printed in Connecticut and made to order.

Can I see your designs in person?

Visits to our studio in Tarrytown, New York are by appointment only. To schedule a visit please contact home@capelily.com. Virtual consults are also available. We share our space with a community of Makers and look forward to welcoming you.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number as soon as your design has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please note: If you are based outside the US you will be responsible for any taxes, duties or fees.
