What paper types do you offer?

• Non Wovens Fiber -  this  our default ground due to its luxurious quality, texture and movement.

• Grasscloth - many of our designs are offered on natural sisal or hemp grasscloth, our most textured and premium grounds.

• Premier Vinyl Type II (Grasscloth Look) - for commercial products we offer Type II Vinyl - 5-6 week lead time.

Do you offer peel and stick?

No, this is not a current offering.

Do you offer fabric by the yard?

Available on request - please contact home@capelily.com

Do you sell by the roll or by the yard?

• Non Woven wallpaper is sold by the roll. Each roll is 11 yards long and widths are typically 20.5"W, 27.5" W or 24" for Type II. This is typically considered a "double roll"

• Grasscloth is sold by the linear yard with a minimum of 5 yards per order

• Murals are sold by the roll, with each roll composed of 2 panels.​​

 

How do I measure?

• We recommend consulting a professional wallpaper installer to determine how much to order.

• Please  ensure you measure the full height and width of the area you are going to cover including doorways,  windows, outlets etc.

• For panel designs, the number of panels needed is determined by measuring your room's width divided by the width of the desired wallpaper panel. For ceiling height above 9.8' please request a custom quote at: home@capelily.com

Can I install the wallpaper myself?

We highly recommend the services of a professional wallcovering installer. Our wallpaper is a sophisticated  product and deserves the experience of a qualified paperhanger.

Is there a minimum order size?

There is a minimum order of one roll for Non Woven Fiber and Vinyl and 5 yards for Grasscloth.

 

What is your standard wallpaper production time?

Our standard lead time is 10-15 business days plus shipping time.

 

Do you offer a rush service?

• No, given a recent substantial reduction in lead times we are no longer able to offer a rush service.

When will I receive my Samples?

Samples ship in 1-2 days via ground shipping.

Do you accept returns? 

Our wallpaper is  custom made to order and as such your purchase is non-refundable  and we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you believe there is a defect with your product please contact us within 5 days of receipt at: home@capelily.com. No defects will be considered after wallpaper has been cut/hung.

 

What is the fire rating? 

Class A fire-rating, ASTM E84.

Is your wallpaper suitable for commercial use?​

Type II Commercial grounds are available for some designs and can be requested for all others. Please contact home@capelily.com

Do you have a trade program?

Where are the wallpapers printed? 

All designs are mindfully printed in the UK by heritage printers.

Can I see your designs in person?

To see our designs in person please visit one of our Showrooms or request a sample.

How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number as soon as your design has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Please note: If you are based outside the US you will be responsible for any taxes, duties or fees.

Do you offer custom colors and sizes?
